Please call the subcontractors on the list provided for you at close in the Warranty Manual for direct help before submitting this form. This is the fastest & easiest way to get the best service possible. Be as clear as possible when explaining your issues to ensure the proper vendor is being contacted. NOTE: Service fees could apply & are not covered under *warranty.
All mechanical (AC/Furnance), basement waterproofing (Mar-flex), plumbing and lighting fixture questions/concerns should go direct to those companies that supplied the fixtures.
If your warranty is in connection to cracked siding. Please see all attachments below starting with the Maxitile Homeowner Letter. You will require all of the attached documents when you submit your claim to Allura. At the bottom of page 3 of the Allura warranty information you will need to call Allura to start the claim process.
